Disability service providers have widely reported experiencing trouble with the ‘My Place’ portal. Despite this, organisations have continued to provide services to clients while operating with low or no cash reserves and without regular claims from the NDIS via ‘My Place’. These stressors have placed undue pressure on workers and management, unnecessarily straining the service sector.

One of our favourite new iplanit functions is the ‘task tracker’. As well as being easy to use it is super practical, allowing managers and supervisors to have a real-time dashboard view of all those important things that need to be done for clients.
